The Foundation for National Scientific Computing has announced the liberalization of .PT domains and the entry into force of the new regulation on the 1st of March, having stipulated a sunrise period to allow the holders of trademarks to register their domains before the possibility is open to everyone.

Accomplishing three years of existence today, ARBITRARE has completed 70 proceedings, 64 of which have already were resolved.

One more  Arbitral Award pronounced by ARBITRARE, regarding a dispute between a private partie and the National Institute of Industrial Property, has just been published in the Industrial Property Bulletin no. 2012/01/25 (018/2012)

It has been published today in the Official Journal, Law no. 63/2011 of 14th December, which approves the Law on Voluntary Arbitration. 

This diploma aims to establish a  legal regime for voluntary arbitration that is similar to the international arbitration standards, being based on the Model-Law of the United Nations Commission on International Commerce Law (UNCITRAL).
