WORLD CONFLICT RESOLUTION DAY
The World Conflict resolution Day is celebrated every year on the third Thursday of October, this year it is today, the 17th. The date was created in 2005 by the Association For Conflict Resolution. The goal is to raise the citizens awareness for resorting to mediation, conciliation and arbitration to resolve their conflicts, underlining the advantages of peaceful resolution.
ARBITRARE COLABORATES WITH INPI IN A NEW TRAINNING ON "THE DEFENSE OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS"
ARBITRARE and the Portuguese National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), will once again offer a training session on "The Defense of Industrial Property Rights", which will take place on 6 November. This training will cover subjects such as the counterfeiting and anti-counterfeiting systems in force, the mechanisms for prevention and repression against violations and the identification of the scope of protection of trademarks and other commerce distinctive signs.
NEW CONFERENCE ON THE INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY CODE
On October 10th, a new conference on the New Industrial Property Code will take place, organized by the Commitee for Intelectual Property and New Technologies from ANJAP - The Portuguese Young Lawyers National Association.
