MASTER'S DEGREE IN MEDIATION, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND CITIZENSHIP
Applications are now open for the Master's Degree in Mediation, Conflict Management and Citizenship, offered by Lusófona University - Porto University Centre. The programme provides specialized training in conflict prevention and resolution, equipping participants with the skills to intervene in different social, organizational and institutional contexts, through collaborative approaches and alternative dispute resolution methods.
ARBITRARE’S LIST OF ARBITRATORS WELCOMES A NEW ARBITRATOR
ARBITRARE is pleased to announce the addition of João Zambujal de Oliveira to its List of Arbitrators. João Zambujal de Oliveira is a Systems Engineer with a Master's and PhD in Management and an Official Industrial Property Agent. He brings solid experience in the fields of Industrial Property, with a special focus on trademarks, patents and other industrial property rights, as well as in disputes relating to reference and generic medicines.

The new .pt Registration Rules come into force today, following the review process promoted by .PT. A public consultation period was held between 7 and 28 April 2026, during which comments and suggestions were gathered from various stakeholders, including ARBITRARE – Arbitration Centre for Industrial Property, Domain Names, Trade Names and Corporate Names.
