ARBITRARE signed a cooperation protocol with the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FLUL), on March 7th, aimmed at promoting various actions to publicize the alternative dispute resolution means and also to promote the study of aplicable legal regimes, as well as the existent practices and of the arbitration jurisprudence.
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in cooperation with the Portuguese National Institute for Industrial Property (INPI), will organize on the 15 and 17 February, in Coimbra and Lisbon respectively, two roving seminars to inform users of the services provided and the initiatives undertaken and also to raise awareness on the tools available to protect and enhance intelectual property rights.
ARBITRARE completes today, 26 January 2016, 8 years of activity. Over this period, the Centre has consolidated its activity by positioning itself as a specialized, eficient and credible alternative to the judicial courts.
