4th IP MEDIATION CONFERENCE I 19-20 0CTOBER 2023
The fourth edition of Intellectual Property Mediation Conference will be held on 19 and 20 October 2023 at the EUIPO headquarters in Alicante, Spain, and it will also be possible to attend the event online.
Organised by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in cooperation with the EUIPO Academy, the conference will bring together representatives of a wide range of stakeholders committed to mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms from around the world.
The conference programme is designed to encourage discussion, interaction and networking, focusing on the pragmatic and practical aspects of mediation as an incentive for companies and their legal advisors.
