ARBITRARE WELCOMES NEW ARBITRATOR
ARBITRARE is pleased to announce the addition of Cláudia Freixinho Serrano to its List of Arbitrators.
With over 20 years of experience in litigation and a consolidated specialization in Intellectual Property, Cláudia Freixinho Serrano focuses her practice on patents, trademarks, other industrial property rights and domain names, having handled major disputes in these fields for over 15 years.
She is a lawyer and an Official Industrial Property Agent, as well as being the author of several publications and a frequent speaker at conferences dedicated to Intellectual Property. She is a member of various leading national and international associations in this area of law and has previously served as Secretary-General of the Portuguese Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
Her appointment further strengthens ARBITRARE's commitment to the specialization and excellence of the professionals on its List of Arbitrators.
