INPI STRATEGIC PLAN 2025-2030 UNDER PUBLIC CONSULTATION
The Portuguese National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) is developing its new strategic plan for the period from 2025 to 2030.
Based on five structural pillars, the plan is open to public consultation until 30 September, 2024.
During this period, all interested parties are invited to share their opinions and suggestions regarding the objectives and proposals outlined for the next five years. The main objective of this consultation is to collect as many contributions as possible, in order to ensure that the final plan, to be presented by the end of 2024, reflects the interests and expectations of the entire Industrial Property (IP) ecosystem in Portugal.
All contributions will be carefully analyzed, with a view to their possible integration into the final version of the strategic plan.
