INPI'S NEW CHANNEL FOR COMMUNICATION
Aiming to make available to citizens and institutions the access to information and to its services, the Portuguese National Institute for Industrial Property (INPI), has invested in the diversification of its channels of communication, namely the Contact Centre (Blue Line), Email, face-to-face service and now online service.
With this new channel, costumers can now be served through the electronic platform (Teams) benefiting from a quicker, convenient and safer response (given the present pandemic situation).
This new channel for communication has been activated on December 4th 2020.
