SEMINAR ON THE UNITARY PATENT
The second edition of the seminar “Unitary Patent: A New Horizon for Inventions in Europe” will take place on the 1st of June in Lisbon.
Organized by Inventa, the seminar aims to clarify the evolution of the patent system in Portugal, the entry into force of the European Patent with Unitary Effect and the Unified Patent Court, also creating a space for discussion on this new european system of protection of patents.
Of great importance for companies that wish to maintain their competitiveness and protect their innovations at European level, the seminar aims to inform about the opportunities and challenges that arise with the entry into force of the European Patent with Unitary Effect, precisely on the 1st of June of 2023.
