THE PORTUGUESE BAR ASSOCIATION'S REGIONAL COUNCIL OF FARO AND ARBITRARE HAVE SIGNED A COOPERATION PROTOCOL

The Portuguese Bar Association's Regional Council of Faro and ARBITRARE have signed a cooperation protocol aiming the cooperation between both entities on the organisation, participation and promotion of conferences, courses or training sessions on alternative dispute resolution means, concerning arbitration and mediation in particular.

For ARBITRARE, establishing this new cooperation is of the utmost importance, since it has always considered the role of lawyers as central, when submitting and monitoring arbitration proceedings taking place in the arbitral tribunals constituted under ARBITRARE.

The protocol was signed by the Chairman of the Faro Regional Council, Cristina Seruca Salgado, the Chairman of the Board of ARBITRARE, Joana Borralho de Gouveia, and Jorge Rebocho Pais, Member of the Board of Directors of ARBITRARE.
